Specifically, your funds go to provide help that isn’t offered by the healthcare system, to enhance Member care, and to help workers intercede before an individual hurts themselves or others.
Services are strengths-based and focused on helping Members reclaim a full life in the community. Over the last several years, funding has supported new programs, including Health & Wellness, Employment Services, and Learning & Discovery, as well as an expansion of Hope’s Door.
